They were responsive, knowledgeable, and communicative and made themselves available to inspect a partially built construction site on very short notice. Reaching out to Alex was the smartest thing I did in the home buying process. The first thing he noticed saved me thousands easily. The drone photos revealed entire roof needed replacing and it was supposedly a new roof. Ended up with a 40 page report with pictures and what’s needed to correct the problems. I wasn't disappointed with their work. WHAT TO EXPECT

Each home is unique and deserves our full attention. We need to get to know the home and will not rush through any home inspection. Our average inspections last between 2.5 – 4 hours depending on the age, size, condition, and location of the home. We are happy to have you join us for the inspection. This will provide us with an opportunity to go over our findings and answer any questions that you have.

However, we understand that life can be hectic and if you’re unable to attend we will call you to go over our findings after the inspection. Whether you are able to attend the inspection or not, you will receive an e-mail copy of the report and photos by the end of the next business day unless discussed beforehand.

DETAILED REPORTING

After the completion of the inspection we provide a detailed report via e-mail that includes photos and illustrations to help you understand our findings.
