THE OWNER
ALEX STRIPE
Alex graduated from The University of Arizona with a B.S. in Business and Communications. He is also a graduate of the ASHI School. ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) has set the industry standards for home inspections and is considered the most highly regarded association in the industry.
With years of experience in the home inspection industry, Alex began his career as a property adjuster on Allstate’s National Catastrophe team, traveling across the country to inspect and process damage claims to homes. He later served as VP of Operations for a local Denver roofing company, where he continued conducting damage inspections.
In 2015, Alex founded his home inspection company in Denver, leveraging his extensive background to serve the community with professionalism and integrity. Over the next decade, the business thrived, earning a reputation for thoroughness and dedication. Alex’s passion for helping people shone through, as he ensured homeowners made informed decisions about their largest investments. His meticulous approach and genuine desire to assist provided peace of mind to countless clients.
In 2020, Alex decided to follow his dream of living abroad with his two dogs, Whiskey and Ginger. They arrived in Costa Rica in January 2021, where Alex quickly recognized a need for qualified home inspection professionals. Drawing on his expertise and years of success in Denver, Alex established a branch in Costa Rica. By early 2025, Alex chose to fully focus on the Costa Rica location, bringing over a decade of industry experience and a proven commitment to excellence to the region.
