This policy explains what personal information Stripe Signature Home Inspections Costa Rica (“Stripe Signature”, “we”, “us”) collects through stripeinspections.com and when you book or receive an inspection, why we need it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, email address, the address or listing of the property, your dates, and details about the services you want. When we inspect a property we also record photos, videos and notes about its condition, which become part of your report.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours receives basic technical data when you visit, such as your browser type, device, the pages you view and an approximate location based on your IP address. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This data does not tell us who you are.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it
We keep inspection records and reports for as long as we need them for our business and to meet legal and professional obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Under Costa Rica’s data protection law and other laws that may apply to you, you may also have the right to object to or limit how we use your data.
