Guanacaste, in the dry northwest, draws more foreign buyers than almost anywhere in the country. Many of them buy a condo, a beach home or a villa while living abroad, and rely on an inspector to be their eyes on the ground.
We travel to Guanacaste for inspections, and clients have reviewed our work on homes and condos in Playas del Coco, Playa Ocotal, Reserva Conchal, Potrero, Samara and Playa Avellanas.

Remote buyers
If you cannot be there, we send photos and videos from the property and go through the report with you on a call.
Roofs and sun
Strong sun and seasonal storms are hard on roofs. Our drone shows the whole roof without walking on it.
New builds
Many homes are new. We inspect before closing so the builder can fix the list.
