Atenas is a short drive from Grecia, and the two towns share a lot: hills, views and many buyers moving from North America. The climate is warmer and drier than higher up the valley, and homes are spread out on country roads and gated developments.
Buyers here often want more than the house itself checked. One recent client buying just outside Atenas had us inspect the home, run a camera through the septic system, and then go through the report with him on a Zoom call.
