Home Inspections in Escazú & Santa Ana
Condos, gated communities and hillside homes on the west side of San José.
Escazú and Santa Ana, just west of San José, have some of the busiest property markets in the country. Buyers here look at condo towers, townhouses in gated communities, and larger homes in the hills with views over the valley.
A lot of the homes are new or recently built, and new does not always mean finished properly. We inspect new construction before closing so you can hand the builder a clear list.

Condos
We inspect everything inside the unit we can reach: electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, windows, doors and finishes.
New construction
Partly built and just-finished homes get the same full inspection, so the builder fixes problems before you move in.
Hillside homes
Slopes above the valley call for close attention to drainage, walls and the roof, often with the drone.
