Drone Roof Inspections
High-resolution aerial photos of the roof, gutters and the wider property.
Many Costa Rica roofs are steep, high or covered in clay tile or metal sheets that should not be walked on. Our drone lets us see the whole roof up close without putting a foot on it.
The drone also gives you a view of the wider property: gutters, chimneys, outbuildings and large lots that are hard to judge from the ground. The aerial photos go straight into your report.
We typically include the drone with every inspection, unless the community or area restricts it.
What the drone helps us see
- Roof coverings, flashings and damaged or missing pieces
- Gutters, downspouts and where roof water ends up
- Chimneys and roof-mounted equipment
- Large lots, outbuildings and slopes around the home
